    About Low T Check

Low T Check is a free, Australian-focused men's health resource. We help men over 30 recognise the symptoms of low testosterone, understand the Medicare and PBS pathway for hormone testing, and get matched with a men's health doctor for an assessment.

    What we do

    • Run the validated 10-question ADAM (Androgen Deficiency in Aging Males) screen for free.
    • Publish plain-English guides on the Australian process for diagnosing and treating low testosterone.
    • Match you with a men's health doctor at a partner clinic, by telehealth or in person, for an assessment — with a callback when it suits. Any treatment is at the doctor's discretion and only if clinically appropriate.

    What we are not

We are not a TRT clinic, and we do not prescribe medication. All content on this site is general health information and is not a substitute for individual medical advice. Diagnosis and treatment decisions are made by the doctor who assesses you — a GP, endocrinologist, urologist or sexual health physician — only if clinically appropriate.

    How we keep things accurate

Clinical pages are checked against current Australian guidelines from the Endocrine Society of Australia, the RACGP, and Healthdirect. See our medical review process and editorial policy for the full standards we hold our content to.

Take the free 2-minute symptom check

The ADAM symptom check shows whether your symptoms may be worth discussing with a doctor. You can also request a callback to get matched with a men's health doctor at a partner clinic, by telehealth or in person, for an assessment.
